What this page covers

This policy explains how VedhaVertex's free photo tools (Passport Size & ID Photo Maker and Vintage Photo Effect) handle your photos and any other data when you use them.

Your photos

Vintage Photo Effect processes your photo entirely in your browser. It is never uploaded to any server.

Passport Size & ID Photo Maker processes cropping, sizing, and print layout entirely in your browser. The background-removal step sends your cropped photo to our background-processing server, where it is processed in memory and discarded immediately after the response is sent back to your browser — it is not saved to a database or disk.

No tool on this site permanently stores your photos, and none require an account.

Accounts and personal information

None of our tools require you to create an account, log in, or provide your name, email, or any other personal information to use them.

Cookies and analytics

We may use standard, privacy-respecting analytics to understand overall site traffic (e.g. which pages are visited, in aggregate), and may display advertising in the future via a third-party provider such as Google AdSense. If ads are shown, the ad provider may use cookies or similar technology as described in their own privacy policy. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Third-party services this site uses

• Google Fonts — loads font files for the site's typography.
• jsPDF (via CDN) — a code library used to generate PDF downloads, entirely in your browser.
• Our own background-processing server (for the Passport Photo Maker only), described above.
